Our first American Single Malt. This collaboration is with Field & Sound's brand new Bottled in Bond American Single Malt Whiskey. They produced only a limited amount and gave us the recently emptied barrels.
If you're not familiar with the term "Bottled in Bond", it's a highly coveted Federal designation. It refers to American-made whiskey that has been aged and bottled according to a strict set of legal regulations.
Flavor notes: Dark chocolate, spice cake, toasted almond, caramel

Why we love it: First, we have to give a nod of recognition to any distillery that produces a good Bottled in Bond whiskey. This coffee has that Morning Dram balance that we love. It's a really good cup of coffee with notes of an excellent single-malt whiskey.
Flavor: We enjoy the malty flavor with hints of sweet oak and dried fruits. A perfectly balanced cup of coffee with great, subtle whiskey flavors.
Notes:
None of our coffees contain any alcohol. The barrel aging just imparts the great flavors from the spirits it once held.
All of our coffees are Whole Beans. We recommend an electric burr grinder (sold at a wide range of prices) for daily use.
