This coffee from Ethiopia gets two thumbs up from our team. It has delightful fruity aromatics followed by a pleasant acidity. It's citrus-forward but quickly follows with more mellow, earthy undertones.

Why we love it: The complexity of flavor notes makes this a brew to savor. It's got great aromatics and the acidity level hits just right for us. It's bright and lively, but not bitter nor mouth puckering thanks to the more mellow finish.

Flavor: This is a medium roast with all the bright, fruity aromatics you'd expect from a good Ethiopia coffee, as well as a pleasant acidity level with earthy undertones. Citrus notes with black tea and wine finish.
