Single Origin: Guatemala
We love this coffee and its versatility. It brews up nicely in our pour-over, a drip maker, French Press, etc. It's also great as espresso and is our choice coffee for any milk-based latte drink. We have to add that it's also fantastic for an affogato (espresso poured over vanilla ice cream).
Flavor notes: Creamy milk chocolate, brown sugar cookie, almond nougat, sweet tangerine
Bean origin: Guatemala
Region: Chimaltenango, Acatenango
Farm: Finca Santa Margarita
Elevation: 1600 meters
Process: Washed
Size: 12oz, whole bean
Why we love it: We reach for this one all the time. It's a stronger roast and makes a great cup of coffee. There are so many sweet undertones and it tastes great in many ways: hot, iced, with milk, or without.
Flavor: The medium-dark roast really gives this coffee the deep flavor we enjoy. It's full-bodied with a citrus-like acidity. The nutty and sweet flavors make it a crowd-pleaser.
