ABOUT THE COFFEE: No "flavoring" has been added. It's 100% natural with just one ingredient: coffee beans. The rest of the flavor comes from spending time in a freshly emptied barrel. The sweetness of the barrel's charred oak, which initially deepened the taste of the spirits it held, interacts with our green coffee beans, plumping them up with flavor before we roast them. Overall, sweet and balanced.
