Ratio of Water to Coffee: 15:1
Grind: Medium
Water Temperature: 195˚ — 205˚ F
Notes:
• If you're using our hand-held premium coffee grinder, we recommend filling the grinder to the top two times and pouring all the grinds into the dripper (per 15 oz cup of water, such as any of our crafted coffee mugs).
• On our hand grinder, set it to a 3 or 4 for a medium grind.
• If you're using your own grinder, we recommend 2-3 tablespoons of whole gourmet coffee beans per cup of specialty coffee (one of our mugs)
• Pour enough water to cover grinds and let sit approximately 30 seconds to allow the grinds to "bloom"
• Slowly pour the remaining water in a circular pattern, clean filter thoroughly with water so it doesn't clog.

Aeropress
Ratio of Water to Coffee: 16:1
Grind: Fine
Water Temperature: 200˚ — 205˚ F
Notes:
• Experiment with ratios for desired taste. (7:1 would be similar to espresso)
• Pour enough water to cover grinds and let sit approximately 30 seconds to allow the grinds to "bloom".
• Add remaining water. Let sit 1 minute.
• Stir coffee to agitate before pushing into mug.
French Press
Ratio of Water to Coffee: 12:1
Grind: Course
Water Temperature: 195˚ — 205˚ F
Notes:
• Make sure grounds are all covered with water.
• Let sit for approximately 4 minutes then slowly press plunger to filter
• Carefully skim surface oils and grounds from the top with a spoon
Moka Pot
Ratio of Water to Coffee: 16:1
Grind: Fine
Water Temperature: 200 — 205 F
Notes:
• Fill bottom chamber with water. Add grounds to the top chamber.
• Use medium heat on stovetop.
• Leave lid open while brewing
• Bubbling or hissing sounds indicates coffee is ready

Ratio of Water to Coffee: 15:1
Grind: Medium Fine
