Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee
Just like people, it's all about chemistry. In this case, it's the chemistry between the coffee beans and the freshly emptied spirits barrels.
We start with specialty coffee beans from Honduras and then age them in freshly emptied bourbon barrels before roasting them. You will detect hints of bourbon flavor notes complemented by the smooth taste of an excellent coffee.

Why we love it: This is a balanced coffee with a ton of flavor. It's not over-roasted, nor does it hit you over the head with intense bourbon flavoring. It's smooth and satisfying.
Flavor: No "flavoring" has been added. It's 100% natural with just one ingredient: coffee beans. The rest of the flavor comes from spending time in a freshly emptied bourbon barrel. The sweetness of the barrel's charred oak, which initially deepened the taste of the bourbon it held, interacts with our green coffee beans, plumping them up with flavor before we roast them.
None of our coffees contain any alcohol. The barrel aging just imparts the great flavors from the spirits it once held.
All of our coffees are Whole Bean. We recommend an electric burr grinder (sold at a wide range of prices).
