Why we love it: Keeper's Heart is very unique and exceptionally drinkable. Using their freshly emptied barrels to age our beans from Brazil has proven to be a delicious combination. It's very smooth, sweet, and balanced. It brews up to a very craveable, flavorful cup of coffee.
Flavor: The Keeper's Heart whiskey highlights the Irish whiskey’s notes of baking spices which pair beautifully with the American whiskey’s sweetness and lingering notes of charred oak. Using a bean from Brazil allows the flavors of the whiskey to shine in a balanced way with the sweet notes of the bean. The result is delicious!
Notes:
None of our coffees contain any alcohol. The barrel aging imparts great flavors from the spirits it once held.
All of our coffees are Whole Bean. We recommend an electric burr grinder (sold at a wide range of prices) for everyday use. We also sell a hand burr grinder.
